Return and Refund Policy for Vaidyashree Ayurveda

Returns –
1.1. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team at +9192848 97191 within 5 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item.
1.2. Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and we may provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
1.3. Quality Concerns:
We take great care to ensure the quality of our organic products. If you have concerns about the quality of a product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request additional information and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
2.1. General Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping and handling charges, within 7 working days of our receipt of the returned item.
2.2. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return the item(s) in their original packaging, including any documentation, to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
2.3. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Where necessary Payment Information of the User shall be stored, it shall be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of reputed payment gateway service provider/s engaged by us. We shall not use User information for any purpose other than in connection with the Platform.
